SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotating member 30 is rotatable on its horizontal center axis. A plurality of pressing force transmitting members 140 are connected at their base ends to the cylindrical rotation member 30. The plurality of pressing force transmitting members 140 are gradually extended, from their base ends to tips, toward a centrifugal direction of the cylindrical rotating member 30, and is formed, at their base ends to tips, to extend toward one circumferential direction of the cylindrical rotating member 30. A surface formed by gathering the tips of the pressing force transmitting members 140 forms an outer cylindrical surface 146 of approximately cylindrical shape. A first pressing force transmitting member 140a among the pressing force transmitting members 140 is arranged, at its tip, to a side slightly nearer to the one circumferential direction than to a top part of the outer cylindrical surface 146, and is connected, at its base end, to an obliquely upper part, of the cylindrical rotating member. A pressing force applying mechanism presses downward the tip of the first pressing force transmitting member 140a based on gravity.
