PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt line structure of a vehicular door, capable of ensuring a cabin space by completely preventing the cross section of a belt line reinforcement from losing its shape and a protrusion to a cabin side from occurring, in mounting functional parts such as an inner handle. SOLUTION: This belt line structure of vehicular door is formed by arranging a door body 4a which opens and closes a door opening, on the door opening formed on the side section of the vehicle, and by arranging the belt line reinforcement 20 along a belt line L in the door body 4a. In the belt line structure of door for vehicle, the belt line reinforcement 20 includes a closed cross section A of vertically-long and roughly rectangular shape, and a front side section of the vehicle is vertically expanded more than a rear side section thereof. A direct mating part 22a is formed by bring an inner reinforcement (cabin side wall) 22 of a center part in the vertical direction into contact with an outer reinforcement (vehicle exterior side wall) 21 so as to leave the upper and lower side closed cross sections A1 , A2 , and the cabin side of the direct mating part 20a is made an arrangement space for functional parts such as the inner handle 25 and a cup holder.
