PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an elastic material supporting member, in which deformation of a fitted rubber vibration isolator is small, and therefore a shift of a fitted position due to spring back of the rubber vibration isolator is also small. SOLUTION: The apparatus 200 for manufacturing an elastic material supporting member 100, in which a member body 100 is hollow and an elastic material fitting hole 118 for fitting an elastic material 130 and a gas communicating hole 117 are provided, is provided with a casing 210 having a member body inserting hole 211a through which the member body 100 is inserted, a member body supporting part 214 for supporting the member body 110 inserted into the member body inserting aperture 211a so that an aperture end of the elastic material fitting hole 118 is arranged at the outside and the gas communicating hole 117 is arranged at the inside respectively, and a sealing means 214 which is inserted into the member body inserting hole 211a and seals a gap between an outer peripheral surface of the member body 110 supported by the member body supporting part 214 and a hole edge of the member body inserting hole 211a, and a gas discharging means constructed so as to discharge gas inside the casing 210.
