PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an incorrect operation of pushing a button. SOLUTION: When a hand 26 of a player comes into contact with an outside face 2 of a gear body in a range including the button 6 without player's intention of button operation, even if the hand 26 pushes the button 6 opposing a spring force of a push-up spring 7, the button 6 keeps an operational state of a switch 8, not allowing the switch 8 to change an on-operation to an off- operation or an off-operation to an on-operation. While the player pushes the button 6 with intention of the button operation, the button 6 changes the operational state of the switch 8, allowing the switch 8 to change an on-operation to an off-operation or an off-operation to an on-operation.
