PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a green bamboo for treading easy to use it without using a wide planar space. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin-made green bamboo for treading has projecting parts 2 and a rugged sole massage part 3. The projecting parts 2 are distributed over the outer peripheral surface of a semicylindrical body 1. A stand part 4 is integrally and connected on the side of one end of the semicylindrical body 1 in a lengthwise direction while being protruded from the outer peripheral surface, and supported in the state of standing along the lengthwise direction of the sole massage part toward a perpendicular direction. The green bamboo for treading can be placed within a small planar space.
