PURPOSE: A contents variable advertisement panel and an opening and closing device thereof are provided to increase an effect of advertisement and reduce a production cost by virtue of the simplification of structure, and to minimize a discharge amount of fluid. CONSTITUTION: The front and rear surfaces of an advertisement panel(1) are organized with various contents including a trade name, telephone or fax numbers and e-mail address and the like required for contact, a trademark or symbol, special objects and so on. And the shape, color, density, brightness, position and the like of the various contents can be changed to increase the interest of customers and thus maximizing an effect of advertisement. When the hands or bowl come to a certain position under the opening and closing device, a lever is pulled or pushed along a direction of an arrow to push a lever of an opening and closing plate, thereby facilitating the opening manipulation of the opening and closing plate.
