PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting method to permit processing with high accuracy by correcting length of each leg which can not be exactly measured. SOLUTION: The processing with high accuracy is achieved by a method having a step to calculate a coefficient of a relational expression between difference of transfer quantity and an error of the length of the leg by calculation, a step to measure the difference of the transfer quantity on an actual parallel mechanism machine tool and a step to calculate the error of the length of the leg from the difference between the coefficient and of the transfer quantity and to calculate the length of the legs.
