PURPOSE: A safe injector of combining a cylinder, an injection syringe and a cap is provided to prevent a human body from being pricked by the injection syringe of a pre-used injector and being infected. CONSTITUTION: In a safe injector of combining a cylinder(1), an injection syringe(9) and a cap, the cylinder for receiving injection of the injector and the injection syringe for administering the injection to a human body are fixed by a syringe connecting and fixing part(10). A control cap is provided to control exposure and exposure length of the injection syringe for preventing the human body from being pricked by the injection syringe and avoiding contamination of the injection syringe. Therefore, a secondary infection due to reuse of a pre-used injection syringe is prevented.
