PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of contact units by regulating the maximum rate of overdrive. SOLUTION: In an electric connection device, a plurality of conductive regions are formed in an electric insulation sheet, a plurality of contact unit connected with the conductive region are arranged in the conductive region or one surface of the sheet in the state of a cantilever, projection electrodes are formed on each contact unit and a plurality of projections facing individually to contact units and formed with softer material than the projection electrodes are arranged on the location of the contact unit on the sheet side and at least one side of the sheet.
