PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement which can eliminate trouble of filling leads. SOLUTION: An embodiment is devised to be easily handled even by a child. A case 2 is put in a case container 5 so as to fill the leads. A cover of the case is opened by being engaged with a protrusion of the cover of the case, and a door of filling the leads is opened. A groove is operates as the same role as that of a rail at this time, opened and closed by a spring, and closed when returned. The case is operated in the same manner. When the case is opened and closed, a rubber 3 is functioned, and in order to simply output the leads, the case is inclined.
