PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the addition of a winch unit requires the addition of an operating lever and thus an extensive modification to operating lever arrangement in a driver's cab and the like because one operating lever can operate only one winch unit. SOLUTION: An operation of a winch selecting switch 20 switches either or both of solenoid selector valves 19c and 19d connected to one control valve 11c to thereby selectively open or close each line 15ca, 15cb, 15da, 15db. A hydraulic motor 13c, 13d of a winch unit 10c, 10d connected to open lines is supplied with pressure oil by a hydraulic pump 16 according to an operation of one operating lever 18c.
