OSCILLATING STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING NATURAL FREQUENCY THEREOF

PURPOSE: An oscillating structure and method for controlling natural frequency thereof is provided to control effective rigidity of the oscillator and its inherent oscillation frequency by using an electrode mounted on the oscillator. CONSTITUTION: The oscillator includes a support end(23), an elastic member(22) supported by the end(23), a movable electrode(21) oscillating by the elastic force of the elastic member(22). More than one effective rigidity control electrode(24) is mounted on the support end(23). A power supply(25) is provided between the movable electrode(21) and the effective rigidity control electrode(24) to adjust the voltage applied to the electrodes. The electrostatic force occurs between the movable electrode(21) and rigidity control electrode(24) is balanced with the elastic force occurs at the elastic member(22) in spite of changing the voltage of the power supply(25).
