PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven material without miss lapping for a pattern of woolen cloth and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: This is a woven material for a pattern of woolen cloth, which is rolled from texture comprising a standard size finished woven material rolled. This woven material for a pattern of woolen cloth has hardness of 50 to 80 according to the test by a spring type hardness tester. In the method for manufacturing a woven material for a pattern of woolen cloth by winding a woven material for a pattern for woolen cloth around a paper tube from a standard size finished woven material, the texture drawn from the rolled standard size woven material is wound around the paper tube while being made to contact a rotary roll whose hardness is 40 to 85 according to the spring type hardness tester.
