PURPOSE: A screw washer set is provided to accurately couple an object by preventing the washer coupled with the screw from moving during tightening of the screw. CONSTITUTION: A screw washer set(100) comprises a screw(80) having a screw body(84) inserted into an object and tightened; a screw head(82) arranged at an end of the screw body, which prevents the screw body from being inserted deeper than a predetermined length; a washer(50) fit to the screw body and supported by the screw head; and a movement prevention unit for preventing the washer fit to the screw body from moving. The movement prevention unit includes a movement prevention protrusion(86) protruded from the screw head, and a movement prevention hole(55) formed at the washer so as to allow the movement prevention protrusion to be inserted into the movement prevention hole.
