PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like wiring material having especially superior resistance against bending by constructing a conductive part with a conductive metal foil having superior adherence to a plastic sheet. SOLUTION: The wiring material is obtained by placing a conductive part made of a conductive foil on at least one side of a plastic sheet, and providing a contact part on a part of the wiring material body. The conductive foil consists of a foil body having a surface roughness (Rz) of <=2μm and micro particles of an average diameter of <=1μm adhered to one or both sides of the foil body by electroplating. The conductive foil and the plastic sheet are bonded together by a resin adhesive agent having a glass transition temperature of >=100 deg.C. The contact part consists of an exposed conductive part prepared by pealing off a portion of the plastic sheet.
