PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a degradation in the accuracy of printing on recording paper by preventing a skew of the recording paper occurring when pressing force of a follower roller is uneven on a feed roller. SOLUTION: An upper feed guide 105 has, in a separate form, a positioning portion for positioning the follower roller rotated when pressed by the feed roller, and a positioning portion where a plate spring 109 for pressing the follower roller is fixed with a stepped screw 110 with an unthreaded portion 110a. The plate spring 109 is provided with a positioning slot oblong in a direction perpendicular to a recording paper feed direction, and is fixedly positioned only in the recording paper feed direction. The plate spring 109 itself can thus move and turn in a rolling direction, a pitching direction and a yawing direction to press the follower roller evenly, so that a skew feed of recording paper is eliminated while the recording paper is fed.
