A biocompatible wet condom has a structurally-nonhomogeneous lubricating and antiallergic coating in the form of a slurry of swollen soft particles of a polyelectrolyte complex with: (A) chitosan or a derivative as polycation; and (B) hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic uronide, pectic acid, pectic uronide, alginic acid, carrageen, xanthan or their pharmaceutically-acceptable salts as polyanion.
