PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surrounding frame of tile-like tatami mats capable of promoting the interior design property by surrounding the circumference of a tatami mat space for laying a plurality of tile-like tatami mats. SOLUTION: A frame for surrounding the circumference of the tatami mat space for laying a plurality of tile-like tatami mats has a structure protecting the end of the tile-like tatami mat by overlapping it on the upper side of the end of the tile-like tatami mat. The adjoining surrounding frame materials have no such a structure that they are capable of being detached from each other, and a double faced adhesive tape or the like capable of being fixed to the floor surface or being removed therefrom is used to provide the surrounding frame on the circumference of the tile-like tatami mats.
