RECORDING/REPRODUCING SEPARATION TYPE MAGNETIC HEAD, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND MAGNETIC DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electric yield of an inductive head in a recording/ reproducing separation type head. SOLUTION: The lower magnetic pole of the recording/reproducing separation type head is provided with two or more layers, the forming accuracy of its uppermost layer is improved, and the pattern of the lower magnetic pole of a place for forming an upper track is flattened. Thus, the dimensional accuracy of the upper track is highly improved to enhance recording performance.
