PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine articles T1 and T2 conveyed in a scattered mixed state in accordance with a predetermined combining pattern by a first robot 8 and a second robot 9. SOLUTION: The article handing device 1 is provided with a belt conveyer 5 conveying two types of articles T1 and T2 in the scattered mixed state, a camera 7 detecting the parts T1 and T2 conveyed by the belt conveyer, the first robot 8 holding only the first article T1 from a mixture of the articles T1 and T2 conveyed by the belt conveyer on the basis of detection data detected by the camera and transferring it to a bucket conveyer 6, and the second robot 9 holding the second article T2 conveyed by the belt conveyer on the basis of the detection data detected by the camera and combining the second article T2 with the first article T1 conveyed by the bucket conveyer.
