PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a length of a ball ejecting rod for improving its portability and workability of ball ejecting operation. SOLUTION: This ball ejecting device is provided with a ball ejecting valve 6, which is arranged in a game ball leading-out chute and opened to lead a game ball B positioned on its upstream side toward a ball ejecting chute, and a valve operation member 4. The valve operation member 4 is energized toward one position to be brought into contact with a part of the ball ejecting valve 6 in this position to maintain the valve ejecting valve 6 closed, and when the ball ejecting rod S inserted from the outside of the game machine presses the valve operation member 4 to move it to another position, contact between the valve operation member 4 and the ball ejecting valve 6 is released and the valve operation member 4 allows the ball ejecting valve 6 to open. In the middle of an insertion passage for the ball ejecting rod S, a relay member 8 with a predetermined length is arranged movably linearly in the normal and reverse directions, and one end of the relay member 8 is pressed by the ball electing rod S so that the valve operation member 4 is moved to another position by means of the other end of the relay member 8.
