PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport case which is simple in structure for the case main body and can be fabricated quickly and easily into a form available for nesting. SOLUTION: The case main body 11 is made up by fabricating a single sheet material into a bottomed square box shape. While insertion pieces 19 are formed respectively at both ends of lengthwise side walls 13, breadthwise side walls 14 are formed respectively in a double wall structure having a bending part 14a at its upper end, and insertion holes 20 opened at both ends of each of the breadthwise side walls 14 are formed at the inside of the double wall structure. Adjoining each of the lengthwise side walls 13 and each of the breadthwise side walls 14 are connected with each of the insertion pieces 19 inserted into each of the insertion holes 20. With each of exposed parts 30 of each of the insertion pieces 19 extracted out of each of the insertion holes 20, an opening 16 is expanded and paired lengthwise side walls 13 and the breadthwise side walls 14 are held in a tapered shape so that the opening becomes wider as it approaches the upside.
