PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antipollution film at low cost, having high visibility from ships or the like, even at twilight or night. SOLUTION: In the antipollution film provided with a long float having a plurality of floating elements stored in a cylindrical float cover along the upper part of a skirt used for preventing diffusion of pollutants in water, a high-luminance reflector is mounted on the float part, e.g. on an upper reinforcing belt, or the overall surface of the float part.
