PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing nutrition reinforced cereals, therefore, the cereals contains a required amount of minerals or DHA. CONSTITUTION: The process for manufacturing nutrition reinforced cereals comprises the steps of: electro hydrolyzing a material containing Ca¬++ and other minerals ions to manufacture Ca¬++ and other minerals ions; capsulating Ca¬++ and other minerals ions using low molecular weight of soluble proteins; spraying the capsulated Ca¬++ and other minerals ions to cereals and drying them; solubilizing DHA in alkaline ionic water of pH 7.8-11.8; spraying solubilized DHA to the cereals; and drying them. |
