PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing container having a good air-permeation and water-discharging property, accelerating the growth of plants, capable of simplifying the harvesting work of potatoes, or the like, reducing working loads such as transport, assembly, removal in the case of using it as a constitutional member in a high-rise culturing device and also capable of reducing a storage space. SOLUTION: This culturing container 10 is provided by forming a film material 12 arranged with many perforated holes 11 over its whole surface as a bag state having an opening part 13 at its upper end, and using it by engaging a hook shaped engaging part 14b of a hook member 14 mounted at the opening part 13 with a holding wire 17 for holding the culturing container 10 housing culturing soil 15 as a straight standing state on the ground surface 16.
