PURPOSE: A ball coupling structure for LM guide actuator is provided to freely select preload by minimizing differential sliding motion even when the preload or load is being applied, while preventing ball from escaping from the outer rail and inner block. CONSTITUTION: A ball screw is arranged integrally onto an outer rail, and a linear motion guide actuator is coupled to an inner block through the ball coupling with the outer rail. The ball coupling structure between the linear motion guide actuator and the outer rail and inner block is characterized in that the upper column has a gothic arch groove type contact structure(50) and the lower column has a circular arc groove type contact structure(52). As a consequence, the ball coupling structure has advantages of both the circular arc groove type and the gothic arch groove type.
