PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distributing system capable of realizing efficient adver tisement by distributing advertisement picture data to the proper other party. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a portable communication terminal 1 which can be connected to the Internet, a picture obtaining device 10 for obtaining the imaged pictures of specific places or specific persons desired by the user of the portable communication terminal 1, and a picture distributing device 20 for preparing picture data to be distributed from the image picked up picture data obtained by the picture obtaining device 10 and advertisement picture data provided by an advertisement provider, and for distributing the picture data to the portable communication terminal 1 of the user. For example, the image picked up picture data obtained by picking-up image of a nursery school or children going to the nursery school and the advertisement picture data of merchandise (children's clothing or toys or the like) or a service (communication education for a little child) related with the nursery school or the children are distributed to the users being the protectors of the children so that the advertisement picture data can be distributed only to a purchase layer which is highly likely to get interested in the target merchandise or service of the advertisement picture data. Thus, it is possible to realize efficient advertisement. |
