PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery electrode having a uniform widthwise thickness, in a battery electrode formed by applying an active material layer to a band-like collector. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a battery electrode is used for applying electrode active material-containing slurry to the surface of the band-like collector. In this manufacturing method for the battery electrode, and application layer applied to the surface of the collector with spaces in the widthwise direction is dried, thereafter compressed by a roll and then cut. |
