<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantify the evaluation of the contents of business, and make chargeable for contribution to enhancement of evaluation. SOLUTION: In a personal computer 10 (business evaluation device) of an autonomous community, when a user directly evaluates the contents of business of the autonomous community for every item from a personal computer 40 at the user's home through the Internet 20, the personal computer 10 numerically expresses evaluation for every item, outputs the evaluated results on a display, and the autonomous community and the user can quantitatively catch whether the contents of the business is improved or not, i.e., whether the evaluation by a large number of users is enhanced or not. When the evaluation is enhanced or maintained, a WWW server 30 calculates the charged fee according to the degree of enhancement of the evaluation for the autonomous community which introduces this system.</p> |
