PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure intensifier for a pad for a die capable of carrying out far high load work by effectively using a generated pressure of a press machine, and a die construction using the same. SOLUTION: A base end of a spring body is pivoted on the pad, and on a joint part formed on the tip end of the spring body, a pair of a first links and second links, which are tilted by a fixed angle against the stroke direction of the press machine, is provided. The other end of the first link is pivoted on the component member on the pressure side, and the other end of the second link is pivoted on the pad. When the first link and the second link are pressed by a small angle, the largest pressure is produced, and when bent to make a large angle so that the spring body is compressed to be tilted approximately in a horizontal state, the produced pressure is decreased.
