PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loud speaker input device at a low cost with high reliability that enhances fixing and isolation of a resistor and a capacitor so as to reduce the material cost and the assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: A fixing base 3 that mounts and fixes a capacitor 5 and a resistor 6 is provided to an input device main body with input terminals 2a, 2b. The capacitor 5 and the resistor 6 are integrally fixed to a hold section provided to the fixing base 3, after lead wires 5a, 6a at one side of the capacitor 5 and the resistor 6 are clamped by slits 12, 12 formed to the fixing base 3. The lead wires are connected on a rear side of the fixing base 3, and the other lead wire 5b is connected to the input terminal 2a, and the other lead wire 6b is connected to one wire 9a of a tweeter to configure the input device.
