PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the protection of a temperature drop in a variable transfer condition. SOLUTION: A guide structure of a transfer tape guides the transfer of the transfer tape 5 which is coated with resin for sealing an element. Guide means 91, 92 which place the side in the width direction of the transfer tape 5 are mounted in the structure. Each guide means 91, 92 is provided with a placing portion 95 for placing a part near to the center from an endmost part 5b in the width direction of the transfer tape 5, a groove portion 96 which is adjacent to the placing portion 95 so that a lower surface of the endmost portion 5b of the transfer tape 5 does not touch the guide means 91, 92, and an inclined surface 97 which is adjacent to the placing portion 95 and a clearance between the transfer tape 5 and the inclined surface 97 becomes wider gradually to the center side of the transfer tape 5.
