CERAMIC LAMINATED SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect the planar shifting of a green sheet substrate and the variation in the thickness of a conductive pattern after completion of assembling a ceramic laminated substrate. SOLUTION: The ceramic laminated substrate is constructed by stacking a plurality of green sheets L1 and L2 each having a conductive pattern 2 formed thereon. Inspection patterns 3 exposed at side edges are formed at the corners of at least one green sheet substrate. The green sheet substrates L1 and L2 are formed so as to be rectangular, and the patterns 3 are provided at positions where the thickness of the green sheet substrate or the pattern 2 or shifting of the pattern 2 in the direction along the surface of the green sheet substrate can be observed from the side.
