PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a business model on power supply by making use of merits of distributed generator systems, which is indepensable to wide use of new energy such as a solar cell system. SOLUTION: A plurality of distributed generator systems 12 are connected to a control device 20 in a control company 18 via the Internet 16. A power company 22 communicates with the control device 20 via another line. Under a peak condition of power consumption such as in mid summer, the power company 22 makes requests for power supply from the control device 20. The control device 20 maximizes power-generating capabilities of the distributed generator systems 12 from a remote location and causes surplus power to flow into a power system 14 in the reverse tide. Users of the distributed generator systems 12 give cooperation with the power company 22 and have ordinary power changes subtracted in return. The control company 18 bills the power company 22 on the basis of surplus power supplied thereto.
