PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently deliver and recover vacant containers independently of the influence of a difference between the stock management method for each user in relation to a chemical solution delivering method for delivering a container for exchange filled with the chemical solution from a chemical solution marker to a user having a chemical solution supplying device to be removably installed in a container filled with the chemical solution to supply the chemical solution inside the container and to be removed from that container after supplying the chemical solution and to be installed in the container for exchange filled with the chemical solution and for recovering the used containers to the chemical solution maker. SOLUTION: A characteristic discrimination code is fitted to each container, and the information showing the using condition then and there is formed in response to a change of storage place and using condition of each container. This information is inputted to an information processing device, to which the chemical solution marker can access, so that the chemical solution maker can grasp the using condition of all of the containers. The chemical solution marker thereby realizes the appropriate stock, and can prevent to forget to order, and shipping, delivery, and recovery of the vacant containers can be efficiently performed.
