PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder form cosmetics without giving sticky feeling, and having an excellent adherence to the skin, also capable of forming uniform cosmetic film, and having an excellent sustaining property of the cosmetic film. SOLUTION: The powder form cosmetics is characterized by containing ingredient (a) resin ingredients being obtained by isolation from candelilla wax, and ingredient (b) powder form material being treated with a fluorinated compound. The above-mentioned powder form cosmetics are characterized by containing 0.1 to 15% by weight of the ingredient (a), and 0.1 to 85% by weight of the ingredient (b), where the fluorinated compound of the ingredient (b) is characterized by being a diethanolamine salt of perfluoroalkyl-phosphoric acid ester. Also, any one of the above-mentioned powder form cosmetics, wherein the softening point of the ingredient (a) is characterized by being 35 to 55 deg.C. Further, the above-mentioned powder form cosmetics are characterized by being a solid form of the powder form cosmetics.
