PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a bracket 8 with sufficient rigidity and strength for mounting an actuator 20 to an opening/closing valve 1a in an exhaust pipe opening/closing valve device 1 at a low cost. SOLUTION: The bracket 8 for mounting the actuator 20 to the opening/ closing valve 1a is provided with a bottom wall 15 mounted to a valve housing 2 of the opening/closing valve 1a, a side wall 16 bent from the bottom wall 15 at a right angle for mounting the actuator, and first and second side face parts 17 and 18 bent from the bottom wall 15 at a right angle to be formed on both sides of the side wall 16 adjacently to it. In the first and second side face parts 17 and 18, claw-shaped parts 17a and 18a bent so as to be brought into contact with the outside face of the side wall 16 are arranged. In the side wall 16, claw-shaped parts 16c and 16d bent so as to be brought into contact with the outside faces of the first and second side face parts 17 and 18 individually are arranged.
