<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase accuracy in estimation of the water level and inflow of a pumping station, and make estimation time longer. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage means 102, a means for estimating the water level of at least one water gauge, and a means 112 for estimating the water level and inflow of the pumping station 20. In the storage means 102, there are stored a measured value of rain-fall information, which is time-series data, a measured value of information on a water level of the inside of a trunk sewer 10, a measured value of the water level of the pumping station 20, a measured value of a discharge rate of the pumping station 20, and an estimated value of the inflow of the pumping station 20. The means for estimating the water level of at least one water gauge estimates a prospective water level of the water gauge by means of the measured value of the rain-fall information in the storage means 102 and the measured value of the water-level information, which is collected from the water gauge in the trunk sewer 10. The means 112 estimates the prospective water level or inflow of the pumping station 20 by means of an estimated value of the water level of the water gauge, which is estimated by the means for estimating the water level of the water gauge, the measured value of the rain-fall information in the storage means 102, the measured value of the information on the water level of the water gauge in the immediate vicinity of the pumping station 20, the measured value of the water level of the pumping station 20, the measured value of the discharge rate of the pumping station 20, and the estimated value of the inflow of the pumping station 20. A flowmeter can be used in place of the water gauge in the trunk sewer 10.</p> |
