PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display cell using a liquid crystal sealing agent having large dielectric anisotropy and not bleeding even when used for liquid crystal cells for low voltage driving. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display cell in which a liquid crystal layer comprising aΔε>=14 liquid crystal composition containing a high dielectric constant anisotropic liquid crystal having a dielectric anisotropyΔεof >=20 is sealed with a liquid crystal injection opening-sealing agent is characterized in that the high dielectric constant anisotropic liquid crystal having a dielectric anisotropyΔεof >=20 is represented by the general formula (I) (R is an alkyl, an alkenyl or a halogen; fluoro groups and a cyano group are substituted so that the cyano group is nipped between the fluorine groups) and is contained in an amount of >=45% converted into an dielectric constant based on the total dielectric constant of theΔε>=20 high dielectric constant anisotropic liquid crystals, and in that the liquid crystal injection port-sealing agent contains a polythiol having two or more thiol groups in the molecule with a polyethylene having two or more carbon - carbon double bonds in the molecular.
