PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution-like pharmaceutical preparation of a sparingly water-soluble drug capable of maintaining the sparingly water-soluble drug in a stable dissolved state in an aqueous solution and thermally stable even in the state of the aqueous solution. SOLUTION: This aqueous solution-like pharmaceutical preparation comprises a sparingly water-soluble drug and one or two or more kinds of a polyhydric alcohol, water-soluble polysaccharides or derivatives thereof.
