<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily isolating phytoprotoplast capable of obtaining it in a live state from a highly hydrophobic plant material. SOLUTION: This method is characterized by comprising subjecting a highly hydrophobic plant material to the action of a protoplast isolating enzyme in the presence of a surfactant followed by isolating the protoplast from the plant material.</p> |
