The floppyboard has a larger fixed standing board (2) and a smaller board (4) acting as springboard so the user stands with both feet on this board (4) to exert a springing effect by foot pressure. The board rollers on their holders are secured to a set of plates and screwed thus to the board (2) underside. Two thick springs (6) between boards (2 and 4) are screwed (7) to the board underside (2) and joined to leave an interval in turn rubber-sealed all round. The boards (2,4) are coated in antislip (3,5) and two arresters beneath board (2) can be pressd down by foot to halt the board at speed.
