PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable resin composition obtained by a new crosslinking method and capable of exhibiting excellent characteristics such as hydrophilicity, become of excellent physical properties of the cured coating film. SOLUTION: This composition for hydrophilization treatment comprises a carboxy group-containing vinylpyrrolidone copolymer (a) and a crosslinking agent (b) containing two functional groups except an epoxy group among functional groups to be reacted with the carboxy group.
