PURPOSE: A hard hand-off method between other systems is provided to prevent the Ping-Pong environment of the motion of a mobile station by performing a service through a bridge FA in a hand-off area when performing a hard hand-off between the other systems. CONSTITUTION: In case that a mobile station moves from an area "A" to an area "C, an MSC(Mobile Station Center) I changes a traffic channel of the mobile station to a bridge frequency(S1,S2). In case that the mobile station moves from the area "C" to an area "B", an MSC II changes the bridge frequency to an other frequency for continuously performing telephone conversation(S3,S4).
