PROCESS FOR PRODUCING NANOMETER GRADE POWDERS

The present invention discloses a process for producing nanometer grade powders, which comprises: (a) providing A and B reactant solutions that can rapidly react to form deposits; (b) respectively suppling A and B solutions to a mixing and reacting precipitator with a stator and a rotor in operation; a nd (c) post-treating the slurry continuously discharge from the precipitator an d containing the deposits. The process is able to controll the size of the nanometer powders, with a uniform particle size, good dispersity and high yield, as well as make the process simple and save the energy. It can be use d to produce various nanometer grade powders of metals, oxides, hydroxides, salts, phosphides, sulfides and organic compounds.
