PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a control mechanism which makes up a print controller. SOLUTION: A FIFO memory 20 is set up on a transmission channel connecting a receiving buffer 6 and an image buffer 8. A reception control part 11 in the print controller 11 makes data written from the receiving buffer 6 to the FIFO 20 and a bit map development part 13 reads data from the FIFO 20 directly only with confirming whether the data exist in the FIFO 20 or not.
