PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device in which a guide member is prevented from being disengaged from a guide groove with a simple constitution by forming a projected line part at the side wall of the guide groove to guide the straight advance of a lens barrel and further forming a recessed line part engaged with the projected line part at the side wall of the guide member guided by the guide groove. SOLUTION: In this lens device 10, a straight advance guide groove 34 is formed along an optical axis 30 on the inner peripheral surface of a first lens barrel 18, and a straight advance guide protrusion 52 guided by the straight advance guide groove 34 is provided on a second lens barrel 20. A projected line part 34c is formed on the side wall 34a of the straight advance guide groove 34, and the recessed line part 52c engaged with the projected line part 34c is formed on the side wall 52a of the straight advance guide protrusion 52.
