PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent terminal connection in the connection part between a TCP 3 adjacent to a defective TCP 3 and a PCB 1 from being made defective by a solvent for removal of an ACF 2 at the time of stripping and repairing the defective TCP 3 with respect to a plane display device, where the PCB 1 and a lot of TCPs 3 are electrically and mechanically connected by the ACF 2, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Two dummy pads 11 wider and longer than an output pad 14 are arranged in each of areas 15 interposed between output pad groups 12 of the PCB 1, and these dummy pads 11 are separated from each other by, for example, >=1.5 mm. The ACF 2 is cut away in an area 16 between these dummy pads 11.
