A pin conversion device for a carriage is provided to simplify facilities by applying a pin conversion unit according to the car model on a carriage transfer line. A pin conversion device for a carriage comprises: a pin rotary unit(10) controlling a rotational direction with a locking pin; and a pin conversion unit(20) converting the location of a master pin on the pin rotary unit. The pin rotary unit comprises: a base plate(14) mounted on one side of the carriage; a rotating base(12) mounted on both sides on the base plate; a master pin(11) mounted on the top of the rotating base; a pin housing(16) forming a plurality of slots; and a locking pin having a locker protruded in order to be inserted into a locking groove(13).
