PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful and simple transferring device. SOLUTION: This is a device for transferring an object 17 between flat containers 15 and 16 having opened upper surfaces. It is provided with a tray 3 which is rotated about a horizontal axis, a protruded cover 5 disposed on at least one surface of the tray 3, and having two slits, tracks 1 and 2, a drive means to deliver the containers between the track and the tray, and a holding means to hold the container at a specified position on the tray.
